The Judgment Day have become one of the top acts on Monday Night Raw in recent months, with the group of Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio seeing their stock rise in the Triple H era.
Despite the renewed push for the group, Rhea Ripley has found herself standing in the background, not having wrestled a match since the June 6, 2022 episode of Raw, when she defeated Alexa Bliss, Doudrop and Liv Morgan in a four-way to earn a shot at Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship at Money In The Bank.
The match never ended up happening due to Ripley suffering an injury, with Carmella instead standing in as Bianca’s opponent on the show.
Rhea has got physical in angles and matches since her return, but has not competed in a sanctioned match for over 4 months, which changed at last night’s WWE Live Event in Sioux City, Iowa.
Ripley took part in a six-person tag team match, teaming with stablemates Finn Balor and Damian Priest against AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler and Nikki A.S.H.
Rhea’s return to action seems to open up a potential future clash between her and Beth Phoenix following the ending of the I Quit match at Extreme Rules, which saw Rhea hit Beth with a con-chair-to.
