Becky Lynch Reveals Who She Believes Is Her ‘Greatest Rival’ WWE

Despite their once close friendship, the relationship between former SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch has been known to have had its issues in recent years.

However, despite the potential real-life wedge between the two icons, Lynch has no problem recognizing the importance Flair has had on her career.

Speaking on Mark Andrews’ My Love Letter to Wrestling podcast, Lynch discussed her rivalry with Flair and recognized it as the very pinnacle of her career thus far.

Lynch said:

“My greatest rival is probably gonna go down as Charlotte Flair.

“I think we’ve just had such a storied history, and I think that’s always going to be the feud the people come back to and think of us.

“Maybe one that changed the game in terms of the story we were telling, for the length of time that we told it, it spanned over years and years.”

As well as Flair, Lynch also called her more recent program with Bianca Belair one she is “most proud of”.

Lynch and Flair famously competed in the first ever women’s main event of WrestleMania in 2019 alongside Ronda Rousey, a match Lynch won, beginning her record setting Raw Women’s title reign of 399 days.

This record would stand until May 7 when Bianca Belair surpassed the 400-day mark following her win over IYO SKY at Backlash.

Despite being the current Raw Women’s Champion, Belair is now a SmackDown star, while Lynch made her return on this past Monday’s episode of Raw (May 8).

Here’s a recap of what happened on the May 8 episode of WWE Raw:
