*** UPDATE – PWInsider is reporting that Bayley is believed to have suffered a Torn ACL, and that it happened at the WWE Performance Center ***
WWE announced today that former SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley suffered an injury while training and will miss approximately nine months of action.
Other details regarding the injury are undisclosed at this time.
Bayley was scheduled to take on Bianca Belair in an I Quit match at the upcoming WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
WWE announced that a replacement for Bayley will be announced on tonight’s (July 9) episode of SmackDown.
