Total Divas viewership on the rise

Total Divas viewership on the rise

WWE programming is experiencing a minor ratings resurgence this week. Just a few days after both Raw and SmackDown recorded an uptick in viewership, the latest episode of Total Divas similarly managed to draw more eyeballs.

The show, which airs Wednesday evenings on the E! network, attracted 380,000 viewers – an uptick from last week’s record low of 367,000.

As per Showbuzzdaily’s Top 150 Rankings, that was enough to place the show at #54 in the crucial 18 to 49 demographic, which is coincidentally also the exact number of expletives that Sheamus angrily yells into the abyss whenever he’s asked to watch the show.

Highlights from Wednesday’s episode apparently include Titus O’Neil crashing the Neidhart family BBQ, Paige sharing an awkward date with Nia Jax’s brother, and Lana struggling to figure out how a ladder works. She was once in a SmackDown Women’s Championship match at Money in the Bank. Oh, boy.

While the increased viewership over last week is encouraging, it remains markedly below both season 7’s average of 582,583 viewers per episode and season 6’s average of 613,000 viewers per episode.
