It seems to have been teased that NXT’s Toxic Attraction could be called up to the main roster for tonight’s August 8 edition of WWE Raw.
The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship tourmament will kick off tonight, but no teams have been announced as of yet.
In response to the initial announcement that the tournament would be taking place, Toxic Attraction leader and NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose tweeted:

The other members of Toxic Attraction – Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne – are two-time NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions, so there’s every chance we’ll see them in action as part of this main roster tournament, especially since there are only a couple of main roster teams.
If they are involved, perhaps it’ll just be as a one-off rather than a full call-up.
The current NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions are Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, who won the title in a four-way elimination match last Tuesday, beating Valentina Feroz & Yulisa Leon, Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley, and Dolin & Jayne.
Asuka has also seemingly confirmed she’ll be in the tournament, teasing a mystery partner, although the obvious choice after last week would be Alexa Bliss.
We’ll keep you updated with any more news or announcements regarding the tournament ahead of tonight.
If you’re in the UK but didn’t manage to get tickets to Clash at the Castle on September 3, WrestleTalk is hosting a watch party at The Joiner on Worship in Shoreditch, London, and we’d love for you to join us! Click here for more details.
