Tributes Pour In To Nikolai Volkoff

Tributes have been pouring in from the wrestling industry since the announcement of the death of Nikolai Volkoff at the age of 70.

The common theme running throughout was that while Nikolai (real name Josip Nikolai Peruzović) was a tremendous heel inside of the ring, outside of it he was one of wrestling’s true good guys.

Volkoff’s peers and friends took to Twitter to share their thoughts and stories on his passing:

I did many road trips with Nikolai Volkoff. As we only lived 15 minutes from each other.
