NXT Champion Trick Williams has addressed the working relationship between WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling.
Trick William has become the face of the NXT brand with the new era following their recent debut on The CW, now reigning as the two-time NXT Champion.
2024 has been a huge year for NXT overall with the working relationship between the brand and TNA Wrestling being one of the most exciting factors.
Speaking with Baby Huey on the In The Kliq podcast, Trick Williams was asked about the working relationship between WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling. He answered:
“It’s cool. You know, all opponents are welcome, you know. I mean, I’m not threatened by anybody who wants an opportunity to take a chance at this title.”
“If it makes for a better show, if it’s what the people want to see, then let’s make it happen.”
Trick Williams is set to team with ECW legend Bubba Ray Dudley to face Ethan Page and Ridge Holland on the November 6 edition of WWE NXT from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.
