WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H’ Levesque has commented on the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Afa Anoa’i.
On August 16, the Anoa’i family announced that WWE Hall of Famer Afa Anoa’i had passed away at the age of 81.
WWE shared the news on their social media of The Wild Samoans member’s passing.
WWE CCO Triple H quote tweeted the post to comment on Afa Anoa’i’s passing. He wrote:
Afa was devoted to his family, dominant in the ring, and dedicated to building future generations of @WWE Superstars. My thoughts are with the entire Anoa’i family as we remember the legendary Afa.
Afa found fame in the wrestling world as one half of the Wild Samoans tag team alongside his brother Sika, who passed away in June.
WrestleTalk would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Afa Anoa’i, and everyone affected by his passing.
