Last night Corey Graves confirmed on his “After The Bell” podcast that WWE legend The British Bulldog would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year.
Fans have called for the Bulldog’s induction for years, especially after his untimely death in May 2002.
Many have greeted the news with happiness and relief that Bulldog is finally getting the recognition he deserves, including Triple H.
Posting on Twitter, Trips said:
“A favorite of the @WWE Universe, decorated career and a source of national pride for the entire @WWEUK, British Bulldog is taking his rightful place in the #WWEHOF. Together, we can celebrate his in-ring career and memory as a father, husband, and Superstar,”

Bulldog joins Batista, The nWo (Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Sean Waltman), The Bella Twins, and JBL in this year’s Hall of Fame. It is thought he will be inducted by brother-in-law Bret Hart, who is known to be travelling to the event with the rest of the Hart family.
There is of course a serious chance the Hall of Fame ceremony will not be able to take place this year as a result of Coronavirus, in which case it will presumably be postponed until later this year.
