A popular YouTuber has claimed that Triple H once kicked him out of WWE WrestleMania after he had previously been invited to the event by Paul Heyman.
On Saturday, March 8, WWE star Logan Paul created a viral moment when he suplexed and pinned YouTuber Joe Weller after Weller scored a goal during the Sidemen charity football match at Wembley Stadium.
While Paul is the one signed to WWE and competing on a regular basis, Weller may be a name still familiar to some wrestling fans due to his viral YouTube videos in which he would hit WWE moves in different settings such as a swimming pool.
Speaking on Logan Paul’s imPAULsive podcast, Weller recalled how his videos caught the attention of Paul Heyman, which led to Heyman inviting him to WrestleMania.
However, according to Weller current WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H kicked him out of the event, with the YouTuber noting how the company were not as open then with social media stars as they are now in 2025.
Weller explained:
“I went to a WrestleMania, Paul Heyman was like, ‘I loved your video’, that swimming pool one, he was like ‘Come along, let’s make another one and I’ll get you in at WrestleMania, you can stay in the WWE hotel’.
“F**king Triple H kicked me out. He was like, ‘Who’s this fucking YouTuber? Get out of here’. “They were so not open to the YouTube stuff back then. I think he was still wrestling, but it was very much like, ‘Who the f**k’s this YouTuber?’, there was no embracing of it back at that point. But Paul Heyman got it and we made a video, we made Brock Lesnar say, ‘Fuck you Joe’ and it was sick.
“But I often think, what the social media world is doing right now, imagine if that was five years before, what could have been possible. Because those videos, they fucking banged.
“I love wrestling man, I’d love to be in your (Logan Paul’s) position. I’m definitely not as popping as you are right now – there’s Speed, Kai Cenat and you in WWE out of the influencer world.
“Logan Paul vs Joe Weller at WrestleMania, it’s happening. I’ll see you in the ring, I’m cashing in the Money in the Bank.”

The former United States Champion does not as of now have an official opponent for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, NV.
