Triple H Reacts To CM Punk & Jade Cargill WWE Title Wins At Saturday Night’s Main Event WWE

Triple H has reacted to CM Punk and Jade Cargill’s championship wins at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The November 1 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event saw four championship matches take place across the two hour show, two of which resulted in title changes.

While Cody Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio successfully defended their Undisputed WWE Championship and Intercontinental Championship respectively, we saw a brand new WWE Women’s Champion crowned as Jade Cargill ended the 302 day title reign of Tiffany Stratton and CM Punk defeated Jey Uso to win the vacant World Heavyweight Championship.

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H took to Twitter to react to all the happenings throughout the show, including both title changes.

The show’s opener saw Cody Rhodes defeat Drew McIntyre under controversial circumstances yet again, as the champion delivered a DDT to the challenger onto his own title belt while the referee was down, something Triple H addressed in his Twitter post afterwards, writing:

A true champion always finds a way to win. Congrats @CodyRhodes!

Triple H then reacted to Jade Cargill’s first singles title win in WWE, with the Hall of Famer commenting on the one-sided nature of the win:

Absolute domination.

@Jade_Cargill: Unleashed

While he didn’t offer his congratulations to Dominik Mysterio for “stealing” another successful Intercontinental Title defense, Triple H did praise the quality of the three-way match overall, writing:

Athleticism. Strength. Agility. Everything you want in an Intercontinental Title match. #SNME

Finally, in what was the main event, Triple H sent a message to CM Punk after walking out of Salt Lake City as the brand new World Heavyweight Champion:

Best in the world. Congrats @CMPunk! #SNME #AndNew
