Triple H Rejected Bringing Back WWE Faction

Triple H Rejected Bringing Back WWE Faction WWE

Following numerous fan requests for their return, WWE star MVP has revealed Triple H rejected bringing back The Hurt Business.

The Hurt Business was a faction made up of Bobby Lashley, Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin and MVP that gained prominence during the pandemic/ThunderDome era of WWE.

As one of the highlights of the COVID era, Lashley won both the United States and WWE Championships, while Alexander and Benjamin captured the Raw Tag Team Championships.

After the dissolution of the group in early 2021, the company kept Lashley and MVP together. The stable did have a brief reunion in 2022 before MVP turned on Lashley and aligned with Omos.

On June 18, MVP took to Instagram to post a picture of The Hurt Business when they all held championship gold. He wrote:

The world was in chaos. We were in harmony.

When several fans started to speculate a possible return for the faction and one fan asked about the group coming back, MVP revealed that WWE CCO Triple H said “no” to bringing The Hurt Business back.

The former United States Champion noted that it’s over and the powers that be made that clear to him.
