As a 23-year-old made entirely out of bones and no muscle, I can’t really imagine what it was like for Triple H to tear his pectoral muscle.
Thankfully for us, his body has helpfully illustrated how much it must have hurt by revealing a bruise the same size and colour of a giant aubergine (eggplant).
He will undergo surgery on the injury that he sustained during his Crown Jewel tag match against the Brothers of Destruction later today.

Recovery for this kind of injury generally takes between four and six months, meaning any potential WrestleMania match is in jeopardy.
Triple H has widely been rumoured to be facing Batista in a dad dream match at WrestleMania 35, but if his recovery is towards the six month mark, he may well be unable to compete.
Anyway, get well soon Mr H, hopefully your giant breasts won’t be purple for much longer.
