In what appears to be a bit of a last-minute decision, WWE has announced that Triple H will be making his return tonight on Raw.
WWE made the announcement earlier today on their website. They did not reveal what ‘The Game’ will be doing on the show, only that he will be in the opening segment. Here is the announcement and official statement from WWE:
Are you ready?@TripleH returns to the red brand TONIGHT to kick off #WWERaw!

“Triple H will return to the red brand tonight to kick off tonight’s Raw.
What will The Game have to say following a shocking Raw Legends Night?
Don’t miss The King of Kings at 8/7 C on the USA Network.”
This will be Triple H’s first appearance since Survivor Series when he appeared for The Undertaker’s Final Farewell. Triple H’s appearances have greatly decreased over the last couple years. He has not had a televised match since being beaten by Randy Orton at Super Showdown in 2019.
His last match was when he teamed with Shinsuke Nakamura to face Bobby Roode and Samoa Joe during a live event in Japan.
WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will also appear on the show to address his positive COVID-19 test.
