Triple H Reacts To Tweet About AEW TV Viewership WWE

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has now reacted to a fan defending AEW TV ratings, liking the post on Twitter.

AEW is currently preparing to hold the promotion’s most attended show ever in August, with the highly anticipated All In event at Wembley Stadium already shifting 60,000 tickets.

This is an extraordinary number for AEW, with the promotion’s current highest-attended show being the 2021 Grand Slam taping, with just over 20,000 fans in the Arthur Ashe Stadium.

After Chris Jericho touted All In ticket sales on social media, one fan argued that AEW’s current core issue is ‘flatlining US viewing figures’.

Another fan responded to this, arguing that TV ratings are an outdated metric, writing:

Dude. If they’re doing so poorly, why did Warner just give them another show?

Tv ratings are an outdated way to view popularity, in todays world of cord cutting.

WWE has less than half of what they got 10 years ago, but are more profitable than ever.

Triple H liked this second tweet. This is notably the first tweet that the official Triple H account has liked since October 2022, when the Game liked a WWE Raw preview.

The Chief Content Officer was recently in Puerto Rico for the Backlash 2023 premium live event.

A new video has been shared showing Triple H celebrating with Bad Bunny backstage, which you can watch right here.
