Hilarious Triple H Backstage Photo With WWE Champions Revealed

A hilarious backstage photo featuring WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has emerged following Friday Night SmackDown.

This week’s (July 6) SmackDown episode was headlined by a WWE Tag Team Championship match, with Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa of DIY challenging for Austin Theory and Grayson Waller’s gold.

Gargano and Ciampa were ultimately victorious, defeating A-Town Down Under to win the WWE Tag Team Title in the Scotiabank Arena, the same building where they won the NXT Tag Team Championship at TakeOver Toronto 2016.

While Triple H shared his own post about this title change, R-Truth has shared a new photo of Triple H with Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, showing Triple H celebrating with the WWE Tag Team Title belt.

Congratulating DX on their title win, R-Truth wrote:

I’m so proud of my boys @TripleH and @ShawnMichaels! #AndNew #DXisBack

R-Truth notably mistook Gargano and Ciampa for Shawn Michaels and Triple H during their alliance earlier this year, with Truth believing that DIY was actually DX since February 2024.
