Triple H Given Credit For WWE Raw Segment WWE

Triple H has been credited as the architect of a segment on WWE Raw that bridged a storyline in the absence of Roman Reigns.

As WWE builds to Roman Reigns vs CM Punk at WrestleMania 42, the March 2 episode of Raw saw the World Heavyweight Champion reference The OTC’s late father.

With Reigns absent from the recent episode of WWE Raw, it would be The Usos who would address Punk following the comments.

The current issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has confirmed that Triple H was the man who came up with the idea.

Noting that Triple got credit for the segment, Dave Meltzer went on to explain:

Levesque was the one given credit for the idea for the Usos and Punk segment to bridge the storyline this week, with Reigns not being there and to build interest for when Reigns returns the next week.

WrestleMania 42 takes place on April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, with the nights for two matches seemingly confirmed.
