On Raw last night we learned a few things about Evolution. This included Trish Stratus teaming up with BFF Lita for a match against Alexa Bliss and Mickie James. Last night, the pair of legends stood for an interview with Kayla Braxon and revealed their team name.
Was it Stratusfaction Xtreme? Was there something sillier and more corporately written that they could go with? Yes. Yes, there was.
Trish and Lita, two women who have each won numerous titles in WWE, are going to be called: Besties Best for Business.
You’d think they would at least be given a babyface name, because the ‘best for business line’ makes it sound like they’re heels. We all remember The Authority . . .
Does anyone else miss badass team names like The Legion of Doom, The Hart Foundation, The Killer Bees, Power and Glory, The Mega Powers, Money Inc., Authors of Pain, Beer Money, and countless others.
Nowadays it all just seems to be bad attempts to create hashtags.
