Two more qualifiers for the upcoming WWE Money in the Bank ladder matches were confirmed during tonight’s May 30 episode of SmackDown.
Money in the Bank takes place on June 7 with the usual namesake ladder matches for both the men and women taking place.
Prior to tonight, four men and four women had already qualified, with one more now added to each.
The first match on SmackDown was the women’s three-way qualifier between Jade Cargill, Naomi and Nia Jax, with Naomi scoring the win.
Already qualified prior to tonight were Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Giulia and Rhea Ripley, so Naomi joins that field.
The sixth and final spot will be determined in a qualifier on this coming Monday’s Raw between Liv Morgan, Stephanie Vaquer and Ivy Nile.
As for the men, tonight’s qualifier is between Andrade, Jacob Fatu and Carmelo Hayes.
It was Andrade who scored the win by pinning Hayes after Solo Sikoa and JC Mateo got into a ringside brawl with Jimmy Uso, which distracted Fatu.
Prior to tonight, the four confirmed men’s qualifiers were Seth Rollins, Solo Sikoa, LA Knight and Penta, so Andrade joins them.
Like the women, there will again be a sixth and final men’s entrant determined on Raw, which will be decided in a three-way between CM Punk, AJ Styles and El Grande Americano.
