Tonight’s May 19 episode of WWE Raw played host to two more qualifying matches for the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder matches on June 7.
This past Friday on SmackDown, qualifiers began with Alexa Bliss confirming her spot in the women’s match, and Solo Sikoa for the men.
Bliss won a three-way against Chelsea Green and Michin, while Sikoa won one that featured his brother Jimmy Uso and Rey Fenix.
Tonight’s Raw didn’t play host to any men’s qualifiers, but there were two women’s qualifiers.
The first was a three-way between Becky Lynch, Natalya and Roxanne Perez, after it had been announced earlier in the day that Perez had officially been called up to Raw from NXT.
The first qualifier was won by Perez as she pinned Natalya after her Pop Rox finisher.
Lynch had effectively been taken out of the match via an interference from WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria.
The second qualifying match of the night was Zoey Stark vs Rhea Ripley vs the returning Kairi Sane.
Ripley picked up the win in the second qualifier – Stark was removed mid-match due to injury, so Ripley and Sane continued one-on-one until Ripley scored the win.
