Two NXT stars have officially been called up to the main roster as of tonight’s April 26 episode of WWE SmackDown.
Post-WrestleMania season usually means there are some surprises in store, which often means appearances on Raw and SmackDown from NXT stars.
On Raw this past Monday, Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia and Roxanne Perez all appeared, although there was no confirmation it was a full call-up for any of them.
However, on tonight’s SmackDown, it was outright confirmed that two NXT talents are now officially members of the SmackDown roster.
Those two stars are two-time NXT Tag Team Champions, Fraxiom – Nathan Frazer and Axiom.
Fraxiom had been NXT Tag Team Champions since April 2024, other than 18 days in August when they lost the championship then won it straight back.
This past weekend however, they were beaten by Hank Walker and Tank Ledger in a title match at Stand & Deliver.
Dropping the championship has paved the way for a call-up as they are now officially on WWE SmackDown, and had their full debut tonight with a win over Los Garza.
Both Axiom and Frazer had singles matches on SmackDown in the lead-up to WrestleMania, with Axiom losing to then-world Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER in Axiom’s home country of Spain, and Frazer losing to the debuting Rey Fenix.
