It was an eventful night at the August 21 AEW Dark tapings, which featured debuts for not one but two released WWE stars.
Before reading on, do be aware that this article contains spoilers for upcoming episodes of Dark.
The first of the debuts was Westin Blake, who was known as Wesley Blake in WWE, most notably as a member of the Forgotten Sons.
Blake worked one match at the Dark tapings, which was a loss to Daniel Garcia in the opening bout of the second session.
The second released WWE star to make their AEW debut at the tapings was Levis Valenzuela, formerly known as No Way Jose.
Valenzuela teamed with Vary Morales in the penultimate match of the tapings in a losing effort against the Iron Savages (formerly known as Bear Country).
There was plenty of other news coming out of the tapings so keep an eye on our homepage as we’ll cover it all as well as full spoilers.
