Two WWE Hall of Famers have made their return to TV during tonight’s March 13 edition of Friday Night SmackDown in Phoenix, Arizona.

Tonight’s SmackDown played host to a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match between the teams of Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair, and defending champions Nia Jax & Lash Legend.

After Bliss and Flair made their entrance, they weren’t met with Jax and Legend, but rather a pair of returning Hall of Famers.

The Bella Twins Return To WWE TV

Brie and Nikki Bella – The Bella Twins – made their return to WWE TV for the first time since the post-Royal Rumble episode of Raw.

The Bellas confronted Bliss and Flair, saying that they wanted to be next in line for a Women’s Tag Team Championship match against whoever won the match tonight.

They were then sat at ringside throughout the match after Jax and Legend eventually came out to the ring.

When the action got close to where the Bellas were sat, Flair struck Nikki with a big boot, while Jax laid out Brie.

This led to the Bellas getting into the ring and a three-way tag team brawl breaking out, leading to the match ending as a no contest.

The Bella Twins reunited in the women’s Royal Rumble match on January 31, when Brie Bella made her first WWE appearance since the 2022 Rumble match.

Elsewhere on SmackDown tonight, Drew McIntyre announced that he quit WWE – you can read more about that at this link.

Also, The Wyatt Sicks defeated The MFTs, and WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill scored a win against Michin.

After that match, Rhea Ripley came out to confront Cargill ahead of their upcoming match at WrestleMania 42.

In backstage segments, Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn had some tension as Zayn questioned why Rhodes was talking down to him when they’re supposed to be friends.
