Two WWE stars officially qualified for the 2025 Money in the Bank ladder matches during tonight’s May 16 episode of SmackDown.
With Money in the Bank coming up on June 7, qualifying matches for both the women’s and men’s ladder matches began tonight.
The first qualifier was for the women’s ladder match – Alexa Bliss vs Chelsea Green vs Michin.
It was Bliss who picked up the win by pinning Green off the back of a Sister Abigail DDT.
Bliss previously won the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match back in 2018.
As for tonight’s men’s qualifier, that took place later and was Jimmy Uso vs Rey Fenix vs Solo Sikoa.
After outside distractions caused by Jacob Fatu and JC Mateo (Jeff Cobb) at ringside helping Fatu, it was Sikoa who picked up the win.
So Bliss is in the women’s Money in the 2025 women’s WWE Money in the Bank ladder match, and Solo Sikoa is in the men’s.
