Undertaker On Dealing With Stars He Didn’t Get Along With WWE

The Undertaker has explained how he would deal with the situation when he was made to work with wrestlers he didn’t like.

With an in-ring career that spanned over 30 years, it would’ve been a miracle if the Deadman went his entire career without working with someone who he didn’t get along with.

Speaking with Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis, Undertaker noted that he’d treat everyone in the locker room with respect, but wouldn’t necessarily hang out with everyone after hours:

There’s guys. I mean it’s just like any business. There’s guys that you like. There’s guys that you don’t like. Business being business.

“I may not like you personally, but when I come into a dressing room or when I come into arena, I’m gonna go up to you and I’m gonna shake your hand.

“That’s all I have to do, right? It’s just a matter of respect that I have for everybody that I work with.

“I’m not gonna go out and drink with you. I’m not going to party with you. I’m not gonna (celebrate with you), but I will do that.

“Then there was a lot of guys that I didn’t particularly care for on a personal note.”

Undertaker announced his in-ring retirement in 2020, before he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2022.

A spoiler has emerged on a potential inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2023, which you can read about right here.
