Undisputed Era Star Injured After Appearing In A Sling At NXT Live Event?

At an NXT Live Event in Belair, Maryland last night, Adam Cole competed in a triple threat match for the North American Championship against the champion Velveteen Dream and Matt Riddle.

Cole was walked to the ring by his Undisputed Era stablemates of Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish. What got fans talking was Bobby Fish’s attire, with the former NXT Tag Team Champion walking out to the ring in a sling.

This is not good news for Fish, as the NXT star missed seven months of action between March and October 2018 with a torn ACL and MCL. Both he and Kyle O’Reilly would have had their eyes on the NXT Tag Team Championships that were vacated this past week on NXT TV by the Viking Raiders.

It is unknown at this time how Bobby Fish picked up the injury, how serious of an injury it is, and when the tag team wrestler can be expected to be back wrestling again. However, with NXT Takeover XXV taking place in just under two weeks, the timing couldn’t be worse for the Undisputed Era member.

WrestleTalk will provide more information on Fish’s situation if and when it becomes available.
