New Challengers Emerge For Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships

While the Usos came to the ring on WWE SmackDown ahead of the match at WWE’s premium live event, Crown Jewel, they were interrupted.

While they may be set to face the Brawling Brutes on Saturday, September 5 at WWE’s upcoming premium live event from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Crown Jewel, the Usos were looking ahead.

And they weren’t the only ones who pondered the next move if the Usos remain Undisputed Tag Team Champions after Saturday.

With New Day interrupting the Usos to remind them that they still hold the longest reigning championship record.

Not only that, but a challenge.

With Xavier Woods letting the Usos know that as soon as the champs return to American soil in the event they best the Brawling Brutes, then they will have the New Day to face.

With Kofi Kingston making the pair’s intentions plainly clear noting: “we got next!”

When the segment devolved into an all out melee, not only were the New Day involved, the Usos opponents for Crown Jewel were as well!

With a run-in from the Brawling Brutes to support the New Day initially helped, the success was short lived.

After Solo Sikoa and Sami Zayn joined the Usos to come to the aid of their Bloodline brethren, the numbers shifted in their favor.

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, SmackDown kicked off with a big no disqualification match, another mysterious vignette ushering the return of a tag team.

Also, a backstage segment featuring Bray Wyatt as well as a new feud potentially being revealed.
