Another Upcoming NXT Call-Up Revealed? WWE

Another NXT star set to be called up to the WWE main roster has potentially been revealed, ahead of the NXT Heatwave special.

On the July 26 edition of NXT 2.0, the D’Angelo Family defeated Diamond Mine in eight-man tag action.

In the closing moments of the bout, Strong accidentally dropped Julius Creed with a knee strike before Tony D’Angelo capitalized on the miscommunication.

In a video shared to Twitter, Creed noted that he will address the person who needs addressing during the August 16 Heatwave special. This has fuelled speculation that Strong will be kicked out of Diamond Mine and will head to the main roster.

Since taking over WWE creative, Triple H has brought Dakota Kai, Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Dexter Lumis and Top Dolla, Ashate Adonis & B-FAB of Hit Row back to the company.

Santos Escobar has also teased a main roster call-up, which you can read more about right here

Strong last wrestled during the August 9 edition of NXT 2.0, losing to former Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews in singles action.

The former Undisputed Era member reportedly asked for his release earlier this year, but this was notably before Triple H was named head of WWE creative.
