There is a new update on Mance Warner status with Major League Wrestling ahead of his AEW debut.
On the August 3 edition of AEW Dynamite, the company announced that Mance Warner would make his debut against Jon Moxley in an AEW Interim World Title Eliminator Match on Friday’s Rampage.
Many fans have questioned Warner’s status with MLW after his return to the promotion was announced in June.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Mance Warner has not been under a Major League Wrestling contract despite his return.
This is not a case of Mance getting around a deal as MLW opted to bring him back in without a contract being signed.
Fightful confirms that 90% of the company’s roster is currently under contract.
Mance Warner is a regular for Game Changer Wrestling where he is a former GCW World Tag Team Champion with Matthew Justice as the Second Gear Crew.
