After his appearance on this week’s Being The Elite, it seems like former ROH star Flip Gordon isn’t quite All Elite just yet.
Per Fightful Select, former ROH star Flip Gordon was backstage at AEW Dynamite last week, but he told numerous people that he hasn’t signed with the company yet.
Gordon made an appearance on Monday’s edition of Being The Elite where he participated in a recurring bit from his days on the show with The Young Bucks, Adam Cole, John Silver and Alex Reynolds.
Flip was a regular on BTE until the end of 2018 when All Elite Wrestling started. He was signed to Ring of Honor at that time and signed a multi-year extension in 2020.
ROH has talent that is contracted through March despite their current hiatus until the Supercard of Honor event on April 1 in Dallas. Although the company has given their blessings to the talent to talk with other promotions.
It hasn’t been confirmed yet if Flip Gordon will sign with AEW, but the report said he seemed to get along well backstage.
We will have further updates on this story when they become available.
