A new udpate has been provided regarding speculation that Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey could return at Royal Rumble on Saturday.
As per Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, neither Lynch nor Rousey are scheduled for the show currently.
Becky Lynch has been out since she announced her pregnancy in May. She gave birth to her and Seth Rollins’ first child Roux on December 7.
Rousey, on the other hand, has been off WWE TV since WrestleMania 35 in 2019 where she dropped the Raw Women’s Championship to Lynch in the three-way main event that also included Charlotte Flair.
Rousey’s still under contract through April 10, 2021, which is night 1 of this year’s WrestleMania.
