Update On AEW Star’s Status Amid Television Absence AEW

A new report has revealed an update on an AEW star’s status amid their television absence.

Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. transformed her character in early 2020 where she turned heel and embraced herself as “The Role Model” for AEW fans.

One of the big parts of her character was her assistant-turned-manager Rebel. For the next three years, Rebel, also known as Reba, accompanied Baker as well as fellow associate Jamie Hayter to the ring for some of her most memorable matches in AEW.

However, Baker and Hayter turned babyface in their rivalry with Saraya, Toni Storm and Ruby Soho of The Outcasts. After this, Rebel has been absent from the company’s programming.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that Rebel is still under an AEW deal despite being absent from recent AEW shows.

The former IMPACT Wrestling star has been working on her podcast for Ad Free Shows since then.

Jamie Hayter suffered an injury that has forced her out of the ring since losing the AEW Women’s World Championship to Toni Storm at Double Or Nothing. Meanwhile, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. recently wrestled on the June 9 episode of AEW Rampage in a loss to Skye Blue in a four-way number contenders match.
