Update On Seth Rollins Taking Time Off

Becky Lynch posted her maternity pictures recently and if you can count to nine you will find she is due in the near future. As such, Seth Rollins will be taking some time off.

While it had been previously reported that he would be taking time off after Survivor Series, there are now more details. Dave Meltzer is reporting in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that while they don’t have exact dates, Rollins is expected to be off through December but make a fairly quick return.

The report also states that Rollins taking time off has been known for a while. Meltzer also added that the plan to blowoff Rollins’ feuds with Rey Mysterio and Murphy was made as a result of Rollins leaving.

Rollins has been in his current rivalry with the Mysterio family since the night Lynch announced her pregnancy. Just goes to show how long this story has been going.

Lynch announced her pregnancy and relinquished the Raw Women’s Championship the night after Money in the Bank on May 11. On the same show, Rollins attacked Mysterio and injured his eye on the ring steps.
