PWInsider has provided an update on WWE‘s plans to run live events again having not done since March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The site reports that WWE is currently planning what course of action to take, but hopes that live events can be back up and running before the end of this summer.
There has even been talk of holding non-televised shows at either the Performance Center or Full Sail University by August, but some believe that timeframe is a bit premature.
A big step was already taken at today’s TV tapings as a small group of ‘legitimate fans’ were in attendance alongside the Performance Center trainees, although right now it’s unclear how the fans were selected, and there’s been speculation they may have been family and friends of the wrestlers.
It’s a very day-by-day situation because of the fluidity of the situation so nothing is dead set as of right now.
Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com as we will be updating with news on WWE’s plans as they become available.
