An update on Orange Cassidy and his injury status was provided on this week’s (March 9) edition of AEW Dynamite.
Following Sunday’s AEW Revolution pay-per-view, reports emerged revealing that Cassidy had suffered an injury during the Face of the Revolution ladder match. It is thought that Cassidy picked up the injury when he was thrown out of the ring by Keith lee during the bout.
On Dynamite, Cassidy accompanied Wheeler YUTA to the ring for his match against PAC. Cassidy’s arm was in a sling, and commentary confirmed that he had suffered an injury to his left arm.
It was clarified that Cassidy will not require surgery. There is currently no timetable on his return.
