Former two-time NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly were one of the breakout teams on the brand in 2022.
Pretty Deadly lost the NXT Tag Team Championship to the New Day at NXT Deadl1ne on December 10.
The duo of Kit Wilson and Elton Prince have continued their feud with the New Day since Deadl1ne, including taking part in their first WWE live events last weekend.
Kofi Kingston wrestled both members of the team in singles action due to Xavier Woods not currently being 100% cleared to compete.
In an update from PWInsider, those within the company have said that Pretty Deadly did a ‘really great job’ on the live events over this past weekend.
There has been no word on whether or not Wilson and Prince will be heading to Raw tonight, or if they were simply booked for the live events.
Pretty Deadly will attempt to run the gauntlet to earn a rematch against the New Day on tomorrow night’s New Year’s Evil episode of NXT.
