Another major update has emerged on the upcoming Captain America Brave New World MCU movie, set to feature WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
Rollins was spotted on set for the project in May, before it was confirmed that he has a role in the fourth Captain America movie.
The film was recently renamed, with the movie originally set to be called Captain America New World Order.
A number of Disney projects have now been delayed per Variety, with Captain America Brave New World receiving a new release date.
The movie was originally slated for a May 2024 release date, meaning that fans would’ve been able to watch Rollins on the big screen in less than a year.
According to the new report, the movie will now hit theaters in July 26, 2024.
In its place, Deadpool 3 has been moved up to May 3, 2024.
A number of other MCU films have also been moved around.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe was not the only franchise to have its schedule affected by delays, with movies from the Star Wars and Avatar brands also pushed back.
On the June 12 edition of Raw, it was confirmed that Rollins will defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor at Money in the Bank 2023.
