Update On Seth Rollins’ WWE Status Following World Heavyweight Championship Win WWE

The first new World Heavyweight Champion was crowned at last weekend’s Night of Champions event, when Seth Rollins defeated AJ Styles to become the champion.

Prior to Rollins’ victory, he had missed the previous weeks of television due to him filming scenes for his upcoming role in Marvel Studios’ Captain America: New World Order movie.

Prior to Night of Champions, it was reported that WWE were ‘hesitant’ to put the championship on Rollins due to his role in the movie, with it later being clarified that any concerns would not be any time soon.

Following his victory, PWInsider has provided an update on Rollins’ status following his victory, noting that he will be featured on all Raws going forward.

Rollins and Styles teamed up on last night’s episode of Raw to defeat Finn Balor and Damian Priest of the Judgment Day, which was reportedly a late addition to the show.
