Updated WrestleMania 34 Battle Royal Fields

Updated WrestleMania 34 Battle Royal Fields

Last night marked the main roster’s final stop on the ‘Road to WrestleMania‘, and during SmackDown Live two more names were confirmed for the André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and one for the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal.

During SmackDown Live, there was an eight-man tag team match with the aim of garnering interest in the André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. I don’t understand how they haven’t yet realized it does no such thing.

Nonetheless, six of the participants had already been confirmed for the André Battle Royal on Sunday, but there were two new faces in Zack Ryder and Primo Colón. And no, you’re not the only one who forgot that Primo existed.

Also last night, Carmella was quietly confirmed to be entering the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, following her failed Money in the Bank cash-in attempt during WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair’s match against Natalya.

There has been no announcement on how many participants will be in the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, but we can assume the André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal will host 30 competitors as it has every year so far. With that said, here is a list of main roster talent who haven’t yet got anything for ‘Mania so could be added:

  • Apollo
  • Big Cass (rumored to be returning from injury)
  • Big Show
  • Bray Wyatt (in some form)
  • Chad Gable
  • Curt Hawkins
  • Kane
  • Karl Anderson
  • Konnor
  • Luke Gallows
  • Mike Kanellis
  • Samoa Joe (rumored to be returning from injury)
  • Shelton Benjamin
  • Titus O’Neil
  • Viktor

There will be, of course, some surprise NXT appearances, and possibly returns from stars of the past as well.

In terms of the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, most active members of the women’s division on the main roster have already been confirmed, but we could see a return from one of, or both, the Bella Twins, Alicia Fox who has been out injured, and Dana Brooke has not yet been confirmed either. Tamina is seemingly still out with an injury.

As with the men, we are very likely to see some NXT appearances and nostalgic returns in the inaugural WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal.
