Updates On Several Injury Concerns Following Elimination Chamber WWE

WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 was the final stop ahead of WrestleMania 38 and didn’t go by with the roster unscathed.

Coming out of the latest Premium Live Event, word circulated that former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley suffered a shoulder injury back at Royal Rumble that could keep him out of action for four months.

PWInsider reports that Lashley is in Birmingham, Alabama to get his shoulder checked out further and determine whether he needs surgery.

Lashley was taken out of the WWE Title Elimination Chamber match, with WWE’s storyline version of events being that he suffered a concussion when Austin Theory collided with Lashley’s pod thanks to a powerbomb by Seth Rollins.

The show also featured a scary incident where Madcap Moss landed head first on a reverse Alabama Slam from Drew McIntyre. The WWE star continued on with the match and was said to be OK when he went backstage.

PWInsider also reports that Moss said he was feeling alright even after his flight home to the United States. He will be checked again by WWE medical though.

Madcap’s opponent Drew McIntyre made his singles in-ring return in the Falls Count Anywhere Match at the event, having not wrestled since January 1 with the exception of the Royal Rumble. After the match, McIntyre had no issues following his neck injury.
