Vickie Guerrero Says She Wants To See Chris Benoit In The WWE Hall Of Fame

Vickie Guerrero, the wife of the late Eddie Guerrero, has said she “loved Chris Benoit” and “would like to see him inducted into the Hall of Fame”. The former manager of former World Heavyweight Champions Edge and Dolph Ziggler sat with Chris Van Vliet and spoke about her late husband’s good friend, Chris Benoit.

Chris Benoit, along with Eddie Guerrero, was part of one of the most emotional moments in WWE history after the duo celebrated with their respective World Heavyweight and WWE Championship wins at WrestleMania XX. Vickie made her thoughts known on Chris Benoit and said despite the tragic deaths of Chris, his wife Nancy and their son Daniel, she feels Chris should be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

“It’s a sad situation. I loved Chris Benoit. His family was our family. His wife Nancy, we were close friends and their son Daniel and we were all really close. I wasn’t there when it happened and I don’t understand why it happened but I still love him. Aside from all of that he loved us and he respected us. He was a talented wrestler and he had his own legacy and I think that it shouldn’t be ignored and it’s sad how things turned out but I would like to see him inducted into the Hall of Fame”.

Vickie has publically slated WWE for their scheduling saying they currently have too many pay-per-views. She also said she would have liked to have have been Ronda Rousey’s WWE advocate.
