The viewership numbers for the ‘AEW Countdown to Full Gear’ special show this past Friday the day before the pay-per-view have been revealed.
As per Showbuzz Daily, the show drew an average of 245,000 viewers, and got a rating of 0.09 in the important 18-49 demographic.
The show aired at 11pm ET on Friday, November 6 on TNT, and featured video packages, interviews and general hype for matches on the pay-per-view card.
To compare with the previous Countdown special, which was for All Out in September, that one drew 357,000 viewers with a 0.14 18-49 rating.
However, that one aired at 5:30pm ET, so it doesn’t take a genius to figure out it had an advantage in that regard.
