Here’s what happened with Sheamus and Drew McIntyre after the January 6 edition of WWE SmackDown went off the air.
In the main event of the show, Sheamus & McIntyre challenged for The Usos’ Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.
The Usos ultimately picked up the victory after Jimmy Uso pinned Sheamus, with a helping hand from Jey Uso.
The show went off the air with The Usos celebrating on the ramp, with the challengers regrouping in the ring.
WWE has shared an exclusive video revealing that the action didn’t exactly stop after the cameras stopped rolling.
Following The Usos’ exit, Erik and Ivar of the Viking Raiders ambushed Sheamus and McIntyre, with Valhalla watching on from ringside.
The duo dropped both Sheamus and McIntyre with Ragnarok powerbombs, before leaving with Valhalla.
The Viking Raiders last wrestled on the December 16 edition of SmackDown, facing Hit Row and Legado Del Fantasma in three-way tag action.
