Last night on Smackdown, Andrade picked up the win in a fatal-four way match against Ali, Randy Orton and Finn Balor, after pinning the Intercontinental Championship with a Hammerlock DDT. Andrade will now go into Sunday’s Money In The Bank ladder match was valuable momentum, and some feel as if the upcoming pay-per-view could be the start of a big push for the former NXT Champion.
Today many shocking stories regarding WWE creative meetings and Vince McMahon were revealed, and one of the most interesting ones claims that Andrade personally asked Vince McMahon to push him, and the Chairman agreed on one condition.
Vince said “learn some English and get back to me” when Andrade asked him for a push. This is why he spoke some English in his promo last week, and he has been taking classes to impress his boss and hopefully recieve the push that his talent deserves.
