A new report has discussed the futures of two popular Raw stars, revealing that Vince McMahon is “done” with the competitors.
At WrestleMania 37, Bobby Lashley defeated Drew McIntyre to retain his WWE Championship. According to Bryan Alvarez, things aren’t looking so good for The All-Mighty’s former faction members.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Alvarez explained that Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin are “so low on the totem pole” in the eyes of Vince McMahon. Noting that it appears that the duo are “done”, he explained that things don’t look bright for the former Hurt Business members.
Alexander and Benjamin lost to the Viking Raiders in Ivar’s return match on Raw. Neither competitor has won a match since retaining the Raw Tag Team Championship against Adam Pearce and Braun Strowman early last month.
Also on Raw, Drew McIntyre was attacked by T-BAR and MACE. With McIntyre challenging Lashley for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania Backlash, it seems like the former RETRIBUTION members are forming an alliance with MVP and Lashley.
Charlotte Flair also made a return last night. You can read about the former Women’s Champion’s latest appearance here.
