Vince McMahon Removed From WWE Board Of Directors & More On WWE Corporate Website

The WWE Corporate website has now been updated to reflect Vince McMahon’s retirement, as he’s been removed from all listings.

This includes the ‘Leadership’ page. WWE’s ‘Leadership’ team is now listed as:

  • Stephanie McMahon – Chairwoman & Co-CEO
  • Nick Khan – Co-CEO
  • Paul Levesque – Executive Vice President, Talent Relations
  • Frank A Riddick III – Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrtive Officer
  • Kevin Dunn – Executive Producer & Chief, Global Television Distribution

Vince McMahon has notably also been removed from the WWE Board of Directors. They are now listed as:

  • Stephanie McMahon (Executive Committee Chair)
  • Nick Khan (Executive Committee Member)
  • Paul Levesque (Executive Committee Member)
  • Steve Koonin (Compensation Committee Member)
  • Ignace Lahoud (Audit Committee Member)
  • Erika Nardini (Compensation Committee Member)
  • Steve Pamon (Audit Committee Member / Governance & Nominating Committee Chair)
  • Man Jit Singh (Compensation Committee Chair / Governance & Nominating Committee Member)
  • Jeffrey R Speed (Audit Committee Chair / Governance & Nominating Committee Member)
  • Alan M Wexler (Audit Committee Member)

The big news today is of course WWE’s announcement that Paul Levesque (Triple H) will also be running WWE Creative.

UPDATE – In a new SEC Filing made today, July 25, 2022, WWE has stated that it has made a “preliminary determination” that payments made by Vince McMahon totaling approximately $14.6 million “should have been recorded as company expenses” – read more here.
