WWE just announced that Stephanie McMahon has been named Interim WWE CEO and Chairwoman as Vince McMahon has voluntarily stepped down for the time being admist the investigations into allegations made against him
An important note in WWE’s press release is that Vince McMahon will retain his creative duties. An excerpt from the release reads:
McMahon will retain his role and responsibilities related to WWE’s creative content during this period and remains committed to cooperating with the review underway.
