How Vince McMahon Reacted To Sasha Banks & Naomi Walking Out Of WWE Raw

So if you haven’t already seen, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Naomi made the decision to walk out of WWE Raw last night, seemingly due to creative frustrations regarding their booking as a tag team.

The duo held a meeting with WWE President Vince McMahon, but it seems whatever the issues were, they weren’t resolved, as the pair left the building shortly afterwards.

Speaking of Vince McMahon, PWInsider has a new report regarding Vince’s reaction to hearing Sasha and Naomi had actually left the building.

According to the report, Vince was sitting in gorilla position when he was told about them leaving, and it was just as Raw went on air. The report adds the Becky Lynch and Adam Pearce segment was then pitched to him and ordered to be filmed on the spot. It was then aired later in the show.

The report didn’t note whether or not Vince McMahon was angry about what had happened, but maybe you can make your own assumptions there.

PWInsider added the belief among some within WWE is that the overarching frustration from Banks and Naomi stems from Vince wanting to book Naomi to pin Sasha in the originally planned six-woman match. Sasha and Naomi are said to have been upset at this booking as they have put so much work into making themselves into the best team possible, so having one pin the other doesn’t make sense.
