Former XFL commissioner Oliver Luck has sued Vince McMahon for wrongful termination following the XFL filing for bankruptcy.
As reported by TMZ, specific details are redacted in the lawsuit, but Luck claims that the claims against him which are being used as the reason for his termination aren’t true.
The reason the details are redacted is because he probably signed to a confidentialty agreement with the XFL when he was brought in.
Luck ran the league since its resurrection in 2018 until the coronavirus pandemic ultimately led to its demise and it was forced to shut its doors.
It is unknown exactly how much money Luck is looking for, but he wants a guaranteed portion of his contract to be paid off.
You could say Vince McMahon is… out of Luck. I’m gonna go stick my head in the fridge after that one.
