Vince McMahon’s Special Request For This Week’s Raw

WWE has already announced four huge matches for this week’s Raw including a tag team match pitting Bayley and Sasha Banks against Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. Stone Cold Steve Austin is also set to appear on the show.

A report emerged earlier today claiming that WWE is trying to pull out all the stops to make this Raw must-see. This Madison Square Garden taping is set to go up against the NFL in the ratings, and WWE doesn’t want to lose out with AEW lurking.

This would certainly make sense, as Bryan Alvarez reported on the latest Wrestling Observer Live that Vince McMahon has specifically asked the creative team to come up with some unique ideas for the upcoming show:

“I’ve been told they’ve been doing a Raw creative meeting all day and Vince is on everybody to be creative.”

There has been no word about which specific angles Vince McMahon wants these creative ideas for, but you have to think that WWE will want the marquee matches for the upcoming Clash of Champions pay-per-view to have some killer angles.

If this report is to be believed, then Raw could see some fresh match-ups and exciting new angles, something that would obviously be greatly appreciated.
